Well constructed. It is just a lot bigger than I expected but that is my fault. It rolls well and holds up plenty of my clothing with ease. I am not worried about it tipping over or anything.

Compared to similar racks we already own (we have a clothing business) this is far flimsier and less stable due to its greater height. The tubular metal is lighter gauge than true commercial units, and you can easily deform it when tightening the nuts that hold the casters in place. I think the claim that it holds "well over 200 lbs." is dubious; it seems in danger of capsizing with half that weight on board.

Well, I needed a sturdy clothes rack fast ... and it did come fast, all right. But the packaging leaves much to be desired. The very light cardboard box(which I assume was the same box that was shipped from China, to California, to Pennsylvania, to New Jersey and finally here, New York City) had some punched-out holes. The rack looks sturdy and well-made. But, as usual, there were no instructions in any language or even a picture as how to put it together. This lack of assembly help has been disastrous to me in the past. I recently bought a desk that broke while I was trying to figure out how to put it together. Luckily, the rack required very little assembly, but how was I to know how to get the vertical poles vertical! I finally figured it out, even though I didn't have a socket wrench. The photo on Amazon really helped a lot. These problems are why I rated it only four stars. And what am I supposed to with those four leftover screws? Were they only used in shipping? Good luck to all of you who have trouble with furniture assembly. And you are not alone ....
